Un recién estrenado 2024… Me encuentro en la maravillosa ciudad de Roma, con una agradable e insólita temperatura de 18 grados, admirando los tejados de la capital con el Cupolone de fondo (así se conoce aquí a la cúpula de la Basílica de San Pedro, en la ciudad del Vaticano). No puedo negar que la panorámica es imponente y sugestiva, sin importar que sea la primera o la centésima vez que la contemplas, ahí está deslumbrante, asombrosa, persistiendo al paso del tiempo sin perder un ápice de belleza.
Pero… ¿sabíais que la cúpula de San Pedro guarda un secreto? Todo se debe a una ilusión óptica. Para descubrirlo solo hay que pasear por vía Niccolò Piccolomini (una calle de la emblemática zona de la Aurelia, donde es posible vislumbrar esta maravillosa obra arquitectónica). Desde este lugar, da la sensación de que cuanto más nos acercamos a la cúpula, ésta más se aleje… Un misterio fascinante que se puede observar tanto si recorréis la vía caminando o en coche.
Como os decía al principio, se trata de una ilusión óptica, un juego de perspectiva que hace que percibamos la realidad de forma diferente… ¿Asombroso verdad? La ciudad eterna no deja nunca de sorprenderme…
Y de eso se trata… Este 2024 deseo que venga cargado de nuevos proyectos, de cosas bonitas, de bodas de ensueño… ¡Qué ilusión me hace cuando me enviáis fotos de vuestro enlace de cuento en Italia! Y sobre todo… que no perdamos nunca la capacidad de asombrarnos, de ilusionarnos y de cumplir nuestros propósitos. Un nuevo año está comenzando… ¡Disfrutémoslo al máximo!
Empezemos por descubrir las nuevas tendencias bridal de este 2024…
1. Destination Wedding
Una opción muy de moda entre los novios del 2023, se reafirma durante el 2024. Y es que la destination wedding está en auge. La forma en la que nos damos el sí quiero evoluciona con el paso de los años y cada vez son más las parejas que deciden confirmar su amor lejos de su ciudad natal, ya sea en un destino nacional o internacional, con sus familiares y amigos más cercanos.
Un evento de estas características es una verdadera experiencia… El concepto no se limita solo al día del enlace, normalmente los novios suelen celebrar una preboda el día anterior, la boda, y la postboda (organizando un brunch o un almuerzo con todos sus invitados), todo ello en un ambiente diferente, sugestivo y de ensueño como puede ser La Toscana o la Costiera Amalfitana.
La destination wedding es una excelente opción para conseguir una boda única y personalizada. Vuestros invitados quedarán cien por cien sorprendidos… ¡Sin duda será una experiencia inolvidable!
2. Flores
Que adoro las flores lo sabéis muy bien… Por eso no podía dejar pasar por alto esta tendencia bridal que seguirá pisando con fuerza durante todo el 2024.
Las flores estarán presentes en los vestidos más románticos… Bordadas, en forma de apliques o como accesorio para el cabello…

7. Escapada en pareja
Organizar una boda puede llegar a ser un momento de muchos nervios y estrés, por eso es importante que encontréis tiempo para pasar en pareja más allá de los preparativos de la boda. Basta una escapada exprés, un fin de semana o un puente que se alarga más de la cuenta, para recargar pilas y coger fuerzas.
Para los amantes de la arqueología y del arte en general…Os propongo una ciudad con mucha historia, donde recientemente unas nuevas excavaciones han visto la luz… Se trata de Pompeya, la ciudad italiana destruida por el Vesuvio en el año 79 D.C.
¿Cuándo? Desde el día 3 de enero hasta el 30 de abril de 2024 (de lunes a viernes, en grupos de 15 personas y con reserva telefónica previa).
¿Qué ver? Los nuevos descubrimientos de la Regio IX (uno de los nueve barrios en los que está dividido el parque arqueológico). Destacan una antigua lavandería y una panadería, donde en una de sus paredes es posible ver un fresco de una naturaleza muerta que recuerda a nuestra “pizza actual”.
